What this site collects

Placeholder pending review. It has to describe the actual data flow rather than a generic template, because assessment data here is commercially sensitive and a policy that does not match reality is worse than none.

What needs to be written here

• Contact and booking submissions: which fields, into which system, who can see them, how long they are kept.
• Assessment data: where PREScore, Sellability Score and Freedom Score results are stored, whether Value Builder holds a copy, and who at this practice can access them.
• Client financial information supplied during an engagement: where it lives and how it is destroyed at the end.
• Analytics, if any, and whether it sets cookies.
• Access and deletion requests: the address to write to and the response time.
